Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, wrong, or damaged product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Return Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your original payment method, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

7. Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@seriustunes.com within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please report it to us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). Include photo or video evidence along with your order details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

9. Late or Missing Returns
